Hi Love.

As this year wraps up, I encourage you to reflect and be grateful for all things that you did well.
You did that!
Celebrate.

Did you love yourself?
Did you manage to stay healthy - mind, body and spirit?  relationships? environment?  finances?  communication?
Did you love and hug others?
Did you screw up something, but learned from your mistake?
Did you cook a new recipe?
Did you fly a kite really well?
Did you pay your bills on time?
Did you complete another year at your place of employment or in planning or building your business?
Did you learn something new?
Did you teach someone else?
Did you regain your balance after a challenging situation?
Did you raise some kids?
Did you apologize when you were or were not wrong?
Did you forgive?
Did you finish that "thing" you've been working on forever?
Did you eat fruits and vegetables and stay hydrated?
Did you talk through a difficult conversation?
Did you recover from a dis-ease?
Did you dance your ass off, for hours to really GOOD music?
Did you stand up for equality and equity?
Did you treat other fellow humans as if they are a part of you?
Did you invite wisdom and abundance fully into your life?

What is something you did well?

No matter what it is that you did, CELEBRATE!

Take that party into 2019 and keep it up!

I'm proud of you.
Happy New Year's

Love is Medicine

Have you noticed that Love is the answer for everything?  When you are elated about life - health, wealth, love and prosperity are flowing, love is at the center of the warm fuzzy, proud and productive feelings.

What about when you feel un-well in mind, body or spirit... or finances... even relationships?  Have you noticed how prayer works?  Have you noticed how being positive works?  Have you noticed how sharing with a loved-one or even a stranger who is listening intently seems to lift the burden?  Have you ever smiled at someone you don't know and see their light brighten?  Give thanks to all your body parts for working together and supporting your goals.

Love is Medicine!

Even when Sweet Life brings up challenges and hurdles for us to figure out, seeing the situation with an open heart, faith and positive energy not only makes you or me feel better, but this also raises our awareness to a higher state.  In a higher state of being and mind, we have access to the best ideas, we step outside of the situation to see that we are still whole, perfect and complete. We realize our part in the scenario and come up with the strategies to change the conditions and even extract a lesson.

If someone cuts you off on the freeway, try sending them words of safety and protection, because you want them to get to their destination safely.  When someone shouts at you and hurls unkind words, remind yourself that you are not the target and our human brothers and sisters sometimes have hurt and pain in their hearts from past trauma and situations that we didn't place there...or maybe we did.  If someone threatens you, know that you are their angel in that moment, diffuse and neutralize the anger and fiery energy and send soothing waters of comfort and strength to their soul.  Forgive yourself and others and let love flow, because there are no other alternatives.  When dis-ease threatens your livelihood, don't give up!  Dance, laugh, stretch, pray, have a date with your loved one and feel your body's cells respond with delight.  You can and will recover. Real talk.

This is a crucial and perfect time to practice our healing abilities.  This is the moment to be healers.

Love and claim your healing.

We are healed.

Love is Medicine.

Spirituality and Technology

Hello.

Can and should spiritual teachings and philosophies be integrated and taught in conjunction with technology in a sacred way?

Well, I AM using technology as a medium to share my own spiritual awakening and to fulfill a divine task before me.  I have used technology to further my knowledge and love of self. I and everyone can attend a favorite spiritual center from home.  This proves to be especially helpful for less mobile citizens, and others who may not have flexibility to go to a specified location at a specified time. Technology can be an efficient way to buy a product or hire someone for a job.  Technology assists and provides quality of life for many who live with different abilities and needs.

The answer must be "Yes!"  Technology and Spirituality can be and should be integrated and taught together in a sacred way.  Some people believe Spirituality and Technology are one in the same.

While technology can be misused and overused - just like anything else under the sun.  I believe we, humanity, are here relying on technology to extract information from the universe, to share with others and to connect, and we therefore, must vow to integrate it, in its many forms into our lives with purpose and with an open mind.

How do we go about talking about technology with our children in an elevated way that addresses potential problem areas, such as diminished communication or socializing skills stemming from "overuse"? How do we listen and learn and implement our children's ideas about technology? How can we evolve technology and its use in a way that promotes sustainability and preservation of our Earth's environment?  What special projects could educators offer? What types of technology are needed in every community?

Please feel free to call or message me to learn more about University of Young Creators and our vision for an innovative technology school for children. Please refer to our Contact Page.
