United Spirits’ Coaching For Mind, Body and Soul Fitness Mission: The mission of United Spirits is to facilitate the continued awareness of one’s True and Highest Self, for “Self-Mastery”. Self-Mastery prevents adverse effects of dis-ease of the mind, body and soul – which are components of one unified light source, but can become fragmented by various life events and perceptions. By realizing balance and peace on a daily basis and even amidst challenging situations, individual potential and outcomes are enhanced for the greater good of each person, as well as for the community at large. Potential is made manifest through intense Fundamental Intelligence Training (FIT). FIT involves various mindfulness activities, exercises and continued practice (meditation, prayer, art, journaling, social involvement and other actions) for sustained inner calmness and balance. |
